Black privilege is holding us back

As more black people are empowered, we'll see more graduates struggling to find jobs.

Their future is really bleak. The reason is black people act strangely when they are in possession of money or executive positions. We keep blaming apartheid and whites privilege  forever.

What about black privilege?  Have black executives who sit on company boards. We have black business people everywhere. And the question is: What are they doing to empower others who are now underprivileged, as they once were?
