Should minors be allowed to get tattoos (if they have parental permission?)
I believe some feel parents should be allowed to give permission for their minor children to get tattoos, as they are making the decision for their own children. On the other hand, because tattoos are essentially permanent, some feel only adults should be able to get tattoos. In my opinion I believe getting a tattoo, however, is not always a smooth sailing. Minus the pain, various things can go wrong, leaving you with a painful, permanent reminder. There is always a slight risk of infection or complications. Sometimes peoples bodies will reject certain colors. So you better think carefully before taking the plunge to ink, you may regret permanent skin tattoos and infections.
Getting a tattoo one is becoming a trend nowadays. Whatever the reason, if suddenly want to get tattooed, you must first decide where on your body you would like to have this procedure done. While some people may be more exhibitionistic than other, one fact to remember is that the tattoo will remain with you forever. It’s important to keep this in mind when you bravely walk to a tattoo shop.
According to Benjamin Mothuba a professional tattooist he says since tattoo instruments come in contact with blood and bodily fluids, diseases may be transmitted if the instruments are used on more than one person without being sterilized. However, infection from tattooing in clean and modern tattoo studios employing single use. Needless is rare. With amateur tattoos, such as those applied in prisons, however, there is an elevated risk of infection. A variety of medical issues can result from tattooing, because it requires breaking the skin barrier, tattooing carry health risks, including infection and allergic reactions.
Some medical practitioners have recommended greater regulation of pigments used in tattoo ink. In my opinion the wide range of pigments currently used in tattoo inks may create unforeseen health problems.
